Have you ever seen a cat on a leash?

Ok so I know this is a hard picture to make out, but believe it or not that
cat is on a leash. I just thought I would share the sheer absurdity of this with you. The best part about the whole situation is that the cat’s owner continued down the street with the cat on her shoulder, neglecting to even use the damn leash!
